Robert Pattinson has revealed it was Kristen Stewart that lured him into accepting his ‘Twilight’ role. The hottie Robert Pattinson admits that he had not heard of the Stephanie Meyer Twilight books before. Indeed, Seymour’s books have enjoyed a boost including the non-Twilight saga tomes. Women the world over have much to thank Kristen Stewart for.
Briton Pattinson was on the receiving end of an eviction notice in the U.K. the day he got the Edward part. Media insiders are already calling the Twilight films a starmaking saga. Pattinson at that time was best known for a part in one of the Harry Potter movies. Twilighters know that it was the chemistry between RPattz and K Stew that clinched the role for Pattinson.
The 23-year-old-actor said: “I read the script of Twilight and I barely knew that they were books too, so I had no idea what I was letting myself in for. The only reason I went to the audition was to see Kristen because I had just seen Into the Wild. Of course I had a little crush on her.”
