Twilight star Taylor Lautner, is a currently experiencing emotional distress after knowing that his RV trailer was not being delivered on time. The said trailer is supposedly be used by the actor while filming a movie.
The actor actually made an agreement with McMahon’s RV to procure a personal trailer for approximately $300,000.
According to the lawsuit, Lautner’s transaction with McMahon’s RV was that the RV trailer would be tricked out and transported by no later than 21th of June by stating, “McMahons failed to timely complete the contracted-for-improvements for the Subject RV and further, failed to deliver the Subject RV to SKE in a safe and operative condition as scheduled on June 21, 2010. In fact, when McMahon ultimately delivered the RV, same had multiple safety related problems…..SKE and Taylor Lautner were deprived of the use of and occupancy of the Subject RV, which was preferred to any rented substitute RV resulting in displeasure, annoyance and emotional distress of Taylor Lautner.”
