We have heard the issue about Taylor Lautner suing Brent McMahon, owner of California-based McMahon’s RV, for failing to deliver the $300,000 Recreational Vehicle (RV) on time.
McMahon offered the Twilight star a push up duel but the actor rejects the offer. He said that he will pay Lautner $40,000 for the damages if he can beat him at the said duel. McMahon added that he will contribute the money to the Children’s Hospital of Orange County, California if he succeeds in the push-up match.
Here’s a statement from Robert Barta, Taylor’s lawyer saying:
“McMahon RV’s response to our client’s legitimate claim further demonstrates the lack of professionalism that Mr. McMahon, his company, and his employees have exhibited from the outset, and that compelled the filing of this lawsuit in the first place.”
On the other hand, the lawyer said that Lautner did welcome the chance for him to resolve the subject by donating $40,000 to the charity of Mr. Lautner’s choice.
