Taylor Lautner’s star is in the ascendant, riding the silver bullet of Twilight fame all the way to the New Moon. New Moon will be released in the UK on November 20, and filming of the threequel Eclipse ia underway. Taylor Lautner has admitted that he’s aware of the responsibility on his shoulders discussing the possibilities of stardom a month or so ahead of the release of Twilight‘s sequel follow-up New Moon.
He’s previously said: “I definitely feel more pressure than before because New Moon develops Jacob and Bella’s relationship, so you want to do that correctly as the fans imagined it.” Jacob is Bella’s good friend who moves to prominence in her life when vampire boyfriend Edward (Pattinson) leaves.
The 17-year-old martial arts expert featured in a much smaller role in Twilight, but has beefed up due to studio hints his slightness risked the role. Taylor Lautner may be about to eclipse Robert Pattinson in the teen heartthrob stakes, while the Robsten question hangs overhead.
