Last Thursday, Forbes released its list of highest-paid authors. They revealed the top 10 names who earned millions of dollars in previous years. The overall earnings of these authors, when combined, made it up to $270 million. Wow! That’s a very huge amount.
James Patterson is on the top list with earnings of over $70 million. Second on the list is our very own author, Stephanie Meyer having $40 million earnings. As we remember, Stephanie was being insulted by King by stating “…Stephenie Meyer can’t write worth a darn. She’s not very good.” Ohh, that was quite harsh opinion from King who came in third position with over $34 million.
Anyways, congratulations to Steph, she really deserves it.
