Actress Kristen Stewart feels sorry for her Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson when he is hounded by gangs of teenage girls because she says she is rarely ever recognised on the street. Stewart said that she doesn’t receive the same kind of attention, insisting fans either fail to spot her or feel too intimidated to approach.
“Really, people don’t recognise me often. I think I just look different in person or something. I’m also not very approachable, and maybe they’re thinking, ‘Ooh, she’s scary,’” Stewart said.
The young stars, who are working on the third film of the series ‘Eclipse’, have been dogged with romance rumours since they started working together, despite their repeated denials.
Pattinson, who plays Stewart’s onscreen love interest in the vampire franchise, has been plagued by paparazzi and over-excited fans since he shot to fame in the 2008 debut of Twilight.
