The Director scheduled for Eclipse (the 3rd in the Twilight Series) – David Slade apologizes to fans over comments he had made in disparaging fashion about the twilight series.
The short of it is that (before he was named director) David was doing some comedy work and poked fun at the twilight movie.
Twilight’ drunk? No, not even drunk. ‘Twilight’ on acid? No, not even on acid? ‘Twilight’ at gun point? Just shoot me.
The audio clip of his witticism has made the rounds online and provide a bit of embarassment to all involved.
Dave promises that his comments were made in jest and in a comedic mood of fun. And more importantly that he’ll put his heart and soul into filming the best Twilight Movie possible when he starts Eclipse.
Good enough for us – No apologies needed here David. Keep your nose clean my man.
